1. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for providing the correct Game ID and Server ID. A74U is not liable for items delivered to the wrong account due to user input errors.
2. Payment Verification
All orders require a valid payment screenshot. We manually verify these screenshots against our bank statements. Any attempt to use fraudulent or reused screenshots will lead to an immediate account ban.
3. Refund Policy
We do offer refunds under specific conditions (e.g., item out of stock or technical failure). However, refunds are not automated. To request a refund, you must contact our Admin team directly via our social media platforms or the Contact Page.
4. Third-Party Service
Delivery times depend on the official game distributors' API. In cases of maintenance or server delays from the game provider, delivery may take longer than usual.
